1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the Meadow UI desktop environment and associated web services (accessible via meadowui.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must not use or install Meadow UI.

2. Description of Service & Architecture

Meadow UI is a modern desktop operating environment designed to run seamlessly on top of supported 64-bit Windows operating systems (Windows 10 & Windows 11). Meadow UI enhances taskbar workflows, window tiling, multi-monitor workspaces, and keyboard-driven search navigation without modifying core Windows kernel files or injecting unauthorized code into Windows Explorer.

At all times, Meadow UI provides a single-click fallback mechanism allowing users to revert to standard Windows Explorer without risk of system lockout.

3. Software License & Usage Rights

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Meadow UI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute Meadow UI on personal and commercial workstations.

Allowed: Installing on multiple workstations for productivity, creative, and engineering workflows.
Prohibited: Reverse engineering, distributing malicious extensions, or repackaging binaries for unauthorized resale.

4. User Accounts & Email Verification

When creating an account on meadowui.com, you must provide a valid email address and unique username. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Account verification codes and transactional security notifications (such as sign-in alerts and password resets) are delivered automatically via our email delivery platform (Brevo).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Meadow UI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While engineered for 100% stability with decoupled process architecture, Meadow UI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from workstation usage or third-party extension installations.

6. Termination & Contact
